Bio: After more than 25 years of Quality and Environmental Leadership roles, the last 22 of which were with The Coca-Cola Company, Peter Chatel formed The Chatel Consulting Group. Throughout his career, starting as a consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc., he has been fortunate to have traveled globally, working with diverse organizations and identifying the necessary components to assure an organization’s success. Practical experience with being coached as well as coaching others was a part of Peter’s leadership experience which also included implementation of auditing and management systems as well as lean/six-sigma programs have led to recognizing the hard and soft skills necessary to ensure success. The Chatel Consulting Group combines these skills into a practice that focuses on helping Quality and Environmental Leaders, Teams and Organizations achieve lasting success.
